Keith Molloy
Owner-CPT
B.A. in Health/Physical Education/Recreation
Keith graduated from Glassboro State College in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Physical Education and a Recreation Specialization.
Keith has worked in the fitness industry for over 22 years. In 1993 he opened his own Personal Training Gym. He sold that in 2001. Keith came to work at TEST Sports Club in 2002 and became partner one year later. Keith has trained clients from ages 11 to 81. He has experience with Strength and Conditioning Programs for athletes, and has trained over 26,000 sessions! Keith loves working with and teaching anyone who wants to get better.
Robert J. Orosz

Robert has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over fifteen years, and has been the personal trainer for a very wide spectrum of people.
His background consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Montclair State University and a national certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association titled “Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist”
Cornell Key
Sports Performance Director
Cornell Key is TEST Shrewsbury’s Sports Performance Director and Health & Fitness Program writer. Cornell brings his expertise in sports performance conditioning and physical fitness to our team. His training has improved dynamic speed, power and overall strength for athletes of all ages and sports.
Key, a 2001 graduate of Monmouth University had a standout football career as a Hawk under head coach Kevin Callahan. Key earned All-Northeast Conference honors on three occasions. As a senior, he was named a Division I-AA Mid-Major All-America by Don Hansen’s National Football Gazette and became one of only seven Monmouth players to ever earn All-ECAC accolades. He was a two-year captain and three-year starter for the Blue and White. Key ranks fifth on Monmouth’s all-time sacks list with 15.5, including a career-high tally of 10.5 and over 19 tackles for loss as a senior.
In the summer of 2007 Key will look to further his knowledge by achieving the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist credential.
Key still serves the community by working as a mentor in the Personnel and Leadership Services (PALS) program for the Monmouth University Football team. He also assists in the summer strength and conditioning program for the Hawks.
Matt Woolston
Sports Performance Coach
Matt is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and four-year starter on the men’s varsity soccer team. Matt has been a trainer with an emphasis in soccer for over four years. He was a local standout all-state soccer player at Red Bank Catholic High School where he holds the career record for goals and assists as well as season records’. Matt played his collegiate soccer at The College of New Jersey receiving all-conference honors as well as helping the team to the number 5 ranking in the nation at the end of the 2005 season. Matt has trained children as young as seven and adults as young as 70. Matt’s philosophy is that physical fitness allows people to enjoy life to the fullest. The building block of physical fitness is core training which will keep you injury-free and help you fulfill your goals no matter what they may be.
Ashley Huffman
Sports Performance Coach
Ashley Huffman is a phenomenal athlete who joins the Test Sports Performance Team excited to give athletes the best training experience they can get. Huffman is having a remarkable career as a track and field athlete for the Hawks. A track athlete since third grade, Huffman through desire and work ethic has helped turn Monmouth University’s track and field program into a force on the east coast.
Recently she took first place while setting a new school record at the Winthrop Heptathlon. The senior had marks of 19' 41/4" in the long jump, 92'0" in the javelin and a time of 2:27.88 in the 800m for a total of 5,043 points. Her score fell just short of hitting the NCAA provisional mark but broke her own school record of 4,922 she set in 2005. She was named Monmouth University Athlete of the Year in 2004 and has recently competed in the U.S.A. Indoor National Championships becoming Monmouth’s 1st female athlete to ever compete at such a prestigious event. She has worked with athletes of all ages and will help any one achieve their goals!!
Jon Kalnas
Sports Performance Coach
Jon Kalnas is a great addition to the TEST Sports Team. He comes from a background of success being part of a 62 game win streak at Paulsboro High School in South Jersey. Jon Also won 3 state titles in the shot-put and has a shot-put record of 64ft.
Recently Jon has graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Health Studies. Jon set the Monmouth University record with a 64ft 6in. throw. He also was 3 time Division 1 Track & Field All-American & Monmouth University’s male Athlete of the year two consecutive years in 2001 and 2002.
Upon graduation Jon continued to train for the 2004 Olympics but was injured and was then forced to discontinue his pursuit of competing in the Olympics.
Jon is an expert in the weight room posting power clean numbers of 400+. He currently works with throwers helping athletes become more explosive. Jon has trained athletes in over 10 different sports and is eager to help any athlete achieve maximal success.
