SPEED AND AGILITY DEVELOPMENT

Individually designed programs for each participant will be created after a full biomechanical analysis is completed. This program focuses on improving linear, lateral, and vertical movement of the athlete regardless of direction or mode

STRENGTH AND POWER DEVELOPMENT

Our Youth, Junior, Senior and Elite athletic development programs will teach perfect form by starting with body weight exercises and progressing to appropriate levels of resistance based on age, maturity level, and coordination. Mastering the Olympic lifts and implementing appropriate and progressive plyometric drills will safely develop the strength and power that EVERY athlete needs to be competitive..

SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING CAMPS (Seasonal)

Utilizing hands-on training in your particular sport and/or position, these camps were designed to give an athlete the competitive edge while enforcing the values of sportsmanship and team building.

  • Training is done in an on-field environment and can be offered on or off site. We will come to you!

POST-SEASON/PRE-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM

Focuses on conditioning muscle mass in the off-season and pre-season. The perfect time to “hit it hard”, pre / post – season training enhances metabolic thresholds and muscular biomechanics. It is absolutely the best time for the athlete to take the biggest steps in enhancing their athleticism for the coming season.

  • Athletes can prove themselves early in the preseason which can lead to more game time and/or desired positioning

POST-REHAB TRAINING PROGRAM

Customized program to meet your specific condition and needs. Formulated by an athletic trainer or exercise physiologist with feedback and clearance from your doctor and physical therapist. These sessions will be conducted by a team member experienced in rehab and/or physical therapy

SPORTS NUTRITION PROGRAM

A high performance machine deserves high performance fuel. TEST's nutritional staff provides an analysis of the athlete’s daily food logs and their activity level throughout the week. An individual eating plan is then designed based on their caloric intake needs and goals as an athlete. A mentor then works with them to implement and adhere to the plan.
