Speed & Agility Class Description

FIT kids

This class is designed to teach basic movement patterns at a young age, to prevent injuries in the future, HAVING FUN, and STAYING FIT, is the primary goal in this non competitive environment.

Middle School SPEED and AGILITY

This class will continue to develop perfect movement patterns with the addition, of building neurological strength, and enhancement of coordination. The methodology used in our speed class is focused on improving the acceleration and absolute speed of the athlete. The agility portion of the class is designed to allow the athlete to quickly change direction of his or her body in an effective and efficient manner.

High School SPEED and AGILITY

With perfect movement patterns now developed and strength enhanced, this class will focus on developing explosiveness and speed of movement. The methodology used in our speed class is focused on improving the acceleration and absolute speed of the athlete. The agility portion of the class is designed to allow the athlete to quickly change direction of his or her body in an effective and efficient manner.

Middle School and High School

Girls ACL Prevention, Did you know that female soccer players, have ACL tears three times more than male soccer players? This class will focus on injury prevention, stability and explosive power for the competitive female athlete. The methodology used in this class is focused on improving the acceleration and absolute speed of the athlete utilizing the hips and core to stabilize the lower body, ultimately preventing non contact ACL injuries. The agility portion of the class is designed to allow the athlete to quickly change direction of his or her body in an effective and efficient manner.
